Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
- Production Time: 2 business days
- Shipping Time: 3-5 business days (USPS/UPS)
- Total Delivery: 5-8 business days from order date
- Cost: $8.99 flat rate | FREE on orders $100+
Rush Production:
- Production Time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping Options: Expedited (2-3 days) or Overnight (1 day)
- Availability: Select at checkout
- Additional Cost: Rush fee + expedited shipping
Order Processing:
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship same business day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship next business day
- Weekend orders process on Monday
Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (we select the best carrier for your location)
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (typically within 2 business days).

Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window:
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
What's Returnable:
- ✅ Unused, undamaged signs in original packaging
- ✅ Blank/template designs (non-customized)
- ✅ Accessories and add-ons
What's NOT Returnable (Final Sale):
- ❌ Custom/personalized signs (with names, photos, custom text, or logos)
- ❌ Used or damaged items
- ❌ Items without original packaging
Return Process:
- Contact us at hello@popsigns.co within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
- Ship items back (customer pays return shipping)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving return
Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (typically 2 business days after order placement). Click the tracking link in your email or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Can't find your tracking email? Check your spam folder or contact us at hello@popsigns.co.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes! Select Rush Production at checkout for 1-2 business day production time, then choose expedited or overnight shipping. Most rush orders arrive within 3-5 business days total.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders $100 or more ship free via standard shipping (USPS/UPS, 3-5 business days).
What if my order is lost or delayed?
Contact us immediately at hello@popsigns.co. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet (within 2 business days), contact us immediately and we'll update your address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
How do I return an item?
Email us at hello@popsigns.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions. Note: Custom/personalized items are final sale.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
